Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with long-term organisational goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee and improve daily operations to ensure high efficiency and service quality.

Team & Performance Management

• Build and lead cross-functional teams across logistics, procurement, finance, and compliance.
• Implement performance management frameworks including KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Foster a results-driven, accountable, and inclusive team culture.

Supply Chain Optimisation

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to final delivery.
• Leverage technology and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop partnerships with vendors and logistics providers to ensure optimal service delivery.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, procurement, and anti-corruption policies.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Maintain operational integrity and transparency across all business units.

Financial Oversight

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
• Analyse financial data to drive cost-efficiency and resource optimisation.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a primary liaison to government agencies, regulatory authorities, and strategic partners.
• Build credibility and trust within both public and private sector ecosystems.
• Support high-stakes negotiations, business development, and proposal writing.

Organisational Agility & Resilience

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Develop contingency and crisis response strategies for operational resilience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in senior operations or supply chain leadership roles.
• Experience in public-private partnerships, healthcare supply chains, or regulatory environments is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and logistics tracking technologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation and performance optimization initiatives.
