Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with long-term organisational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee and improve daily operations to ensure high efficiency and service quality.
Team & Performance Management
- Build and lead cross-functional teams across logistics, procurement, finance, and compliance.
- Implement performance management frameworks including KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs.
- Foster a results-driven, accountable, and inclusive team culture.
Supply Chain Optimisation
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to final delivery.
- Leverage technology and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop partnerships with vendors and logistics providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, procurement, and anti-corruption policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Maintain operational integrity and transparency across all business units.
Financial Oversight
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
- Analyse financial data to drive cost-efficiency and resource optimisation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary liaison to government agencies, regulatory authorities, and strategic partners.
- Build credibility and trust within both public and private sector ecosystems.
- Support high-stakes negotiations, business development, and proposal writing.
Organisational Agility & Resilience
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Develop contingency and crisis response strategies for operational resilience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in senior operations or supply chain leadership roles.
- Experience in public-private partnerships, healthcare supply chains, or regulatory environments is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and logistics tracking technologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation and performance optimization initiatives.
