Job Description

We have been engaged to identify a Brand Management Officer for a leading financial services conglomerate to drive its visibility and engagement objectives

Reporting to the Team Lead of Brand Management, the Brand Management Officer will be responsible for positioning the brand to success. You will also be responsible for executing cutting edge marketing plans, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that corporate objectives are achieved

This role involves shaping the general engagement strategy to achieve the growth goals of the brand and strategically position them as an employer of choice and a preferred supplier.

The ideal candidate would be an innovator who is able to drive brand strategies using consumer insights to attract their target market and engineer organic growth and a digital and traditional imprint. You would also be an excellent communicator, who can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and executive stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.

We are looking for an innovative and solution-driven professional who can work independently to deliver on diverse projects as the brand dives into untapped territory.


  • Manage all corporate and product marketing and communication activities for the Brand
  • Develop the brand’s offline and online marketing strategy in line with company objectives for growth
  • Identify and pursue a wide range of offline and online marketing opportunities
  • Develop excellent marketing and brand solutions to drive long term success
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials
  • Develop media relations strategy as well as other stakeholder strategies
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Develop, drive and implement internal communication strategies
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Build brand vision through powerful storytelling and content-based initiatives across all channels

Stakeholder Management

  • Accurately maintains prospects and relevant client developments, such as organizational changes and external client interactions,
  • Maintain key client relationships working closely with cross-functional departments and drives the projects to a profitable close


  • Minimum of 2years+ of experience in similar role
  • Minimum of a BSc in any Social Science related discipline (Preferably in Communication, Marketing or Business Administration)
  • Must possess at least one professional qualification in communication/marketing (APCON, NIPR, AIPR, CIM etc.)
  • Experienced in a customer driven environment and working with targets
  • Experience with stakeholder and client management
  • Experience with planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurements, and creative strategy
