We have been engaged to source for a Healthcare Business Manager who is passionate about making impactful changes in the healthcare sector. Our client is a unique brand that has carved a niche in their specialism, and due to their expansion; they are looking for a professional who has impeccable operation management experience to implement processes, drive change management initiatives, devise business strategies, and generate revenue. 

The ideal candidate would be a core Operations Manager who comes from a Sales background and has proven experience generating revenue.

As a Healthcare Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic business strategy, financial and day-to-day running of the clinic as well as ensuring the efficiency of business operations which includes implementing business processes to ensure the efficiency of the clinic .


The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business and a competent leader who has excellent people management skills. You should able to provide guidance and strategies that enhances performance across all departments in a manner that incorporates the company’s vision and culture.

The goal will be to ensure the profitability of the company by driving sustainable development and long-term success without compromising the international standards of the clinic

As an ideal candidate, you would have a track record of outstanding managerial experience and previously managed day-to-day business operational activities, including human resources, financial management, sales, and business strategy. You should be a motivated leader who thrives on creating a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity. Ultimately, you’re responsible for continuing the success of their daily business practices — and ushering in a new era of growth

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a healthcare organisation
  • Gather and analyse data, using it to plan and manage both projects and systems
  • Manage clinical, professional, clerical and administrative staff
  • Implement new policies and directives to increase productivity
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of staff
  • Create and oversee business strategies to identify opportunities and drive revenue for the clinic
  • Liaise with key C-Level external stakeholders to identify areas of strategic partnership
  • Work towards ensuring quality and value for money for patients
  • Extrapolate data for quality assurance and monitoring purposes
  • Set budgets and maintain finances within tight constraints
  • Plan and implement strategic changes to improve service delivery
  • Attend meetings, write reports and deliver presentations
  • Organise clinical governance and audit to ensure the clinic is functioning at international standard
  • Sit on committees and represent the views of departments and teams
  • Handle communications and corporate affairs
  • Manage information and financial data and to analyse and measure performance


  • Degree or Masters’ in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in an Operations Management role
  • Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
  • Experience executing Revenue generation strategies
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
  • Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
  • Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
  • Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development
  • Strong capabilities with database and information systems software
  • Previous data analysis experience
  • Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes
  • Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends
