We are currently recruiting for Business Strategy Manager/Growth Specialist who will be integral to the growth and sustainability of our strategic partnership initiatives in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Uganda, and Rwanda.

Working as part of the Transquisite Strategy Team as a consultant, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing and implementing cutting edge strategies that will position Transquisite Consulting and its strategic partners as leading employer and training brands of choice.

Currently we are increasing the growth of the delivery of internationally accredited training programs offered by our partner, a globally accredited certification body that provides education, certification, and certificate programs for individuals on a wide range of disciplines. Through their presence in more than 150 countries, they help professionals demonstrate their competence in various areas of expertise by providing valuable evaluation, certification, and certificate programs against internationally recognised standards.

This business model can function in a B2B or B2C capacity for corporate organisations as part of their Learning and Development Programmes and to professionals who are looking for strategic career advancement with the guidance of our career coaches.

This opportunity gives exceptional professionals a great deal of autonomy and provides limitless opportunities to generate an extra stream of income. This role is for someone who is passionate about diving impactful business transformation initiatives through education and thought leadership.  This is not sales, but a consultative approach on how to use these programmes to leverage on expertise for career advancement.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are innovative and demonstrate the perspective of looking at a glass as half-full as opposed to half empty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a key role as a member of the team in crafting robust Business Strategies
  • Work closely with the Country Director and other members of the Nigerian Management Team to deliver on business objectives.
  • Support in negotiating solutions, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions in the best interest of Transquisite Consulting and PECB
  • Identify B2B and/or B2C business opportunities that support he Transquisite Consulting and PECB partnership across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Develop accurate segmentation and targeting of the market including identification of client and market opportunities, market entry strategy, and establishing a balance of long-term pipeline and short-term revenue.
  • Create country market intelligence packs to inform price and place decisions. Establish scalable promotional tools and processes.
  • Lead efforts in sourcing potential leads for partnerships, joint ventures that maximises revenue and brand positioning.
  • Build and sustain a pipeline and foster internal and external stakeholder relationships for brand influence, enhanced competitiveness, and business expansion.
  • Support business growth and continuous cost & and quality improvements in the business.

Location

The role is 100% remote.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Degree in Business Management, Operations, Statistics, or any related specialisms
  • Professional Certification in Strategy, Marketing, Research, Statistics etc. is a very clear advantage.
  • Experience in developing and executing B2B/B2C business plans and strategies in a consultancy, in-house or as an independent service provider.
  • Demonstrated experience in building a high-value portfolios and upselling value-added products and services.
  • Managed multiple accounts that have generated sustainable revenue.
  • Experience building key Stakeholder Relationships with C-Level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Knowledge and implementation of Data Analytics, Market Research, and Business Intelligence to drive result-based strategies.
