Working as part of the Transquisite Corporate Team as a consultant, you will be responsible for the impeccable delivery of globally accredited PECB Training Programmes with a blended delivery of self-study support, online, and in-person training. Our partner PECB, is a globally accredited certification body that provides education, certification, and certificate programs for individuals on a wide range of disciplines. Through their presence in more than 150 countries, they help professionals demonstrate their competence in various areas of expertise by providing valuable evaluation, certification, and certificate programs against internationally recognised standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessing the training needs of the organisation through the conduction of in-depth complex needs analysis, factoring in market research, trending consumer trends, job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Developing and implementing training programs that align with the company’s goals and the ethos of Transquisite Consulting which is to Identify, Develop, and Empower talent in Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa.
- Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations designed to engage delegates from a cross-functional customer segmentation.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc using blending learning styles and engaging tools.
- Creating and executing tests to measure employees’ comprehension of the trained subjects.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training evaluations for the development of improvement initiatives.
- Keeping abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices in related to the specialist area of delivery, expertise globally.
- Keeping track of training costs and creating cost-effective training programs
- Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining employee training records, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrolment.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
To qualify to deliver PECB Training programmes as a PECB Trainer, you must have the following:
- Documented evidence of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic education. As an alternative, candidates with secondary level education may be considered for trainer certification if they can document having at least ten (10) years of professional experience in the respective scheme in which the training course will be delivered.
- The candidate must have five (5) years of professional work experience, two (2) of which are relevant to the field of training courses to be delivered.
- The candidate must have two (2) years of teaching experience or at least five (5) training courses delivered, the total duration of which should be a minimum of 160 hours.
